A step above Walker’s, nice buttery flavor with the perfect crumbly consistency of genuine shortbread. Studded with bits of candied ginger of perfect size and slight sweetness, this is the only ginger product I've ever tasted that does not possess a sickly, overwhelming ginger flavor.
